it's scary isn't it?
to watch e person closest to u morph into another person.
slowly, gradually and silently.
u don't know when it happened, u don't know how it happened.
u only realise it when u stop and take a look at him.
and u suddenly realise, u don't know this person at all.
he has become a complete stranger to u.
it's scary. bcos this transformation took place when e person was just beside u.
where is e person i fell in love with?

just as quietly he stole my heart, he broke it.
just as slowly in crept into my life, he tore it apart.

when i'm confused and lost, i like to lose myself in idol drama series.
it's GOONG this time!
something to keep me busy for e time being.
immersing myself in idol dramas keep my hopes of love and life alive.
it's only in these dramas that beautiful, true and everlasting love lives.
snap back to reality, and everything just dies.
love can be in various forms, and it sometimes includes letting go of e person u love.

just rambling some nonsense.
feeling kinda disorientated.
getting too emotional for my own good.
maybe it's e flu bug taking over my brain. >_<





okay. another long overdue post.
i seem to be procrastinating too often.
bad habit.

superband's finally over.
feeling kinda empty on saturday, sunday and monday nights when recordings and telecast used to be.
it always feels good to be supporting e winning team, but i don't regret supporting lucify! :)
Lucify's talent is so under-rated.
people just think that they're some pretty boys, direction-less and weird looking guys or a group of ah bengs.
superficial, ain't it?
anyways, it was an outstanding performance put up by them and i guess that was e most impt.
no matter what e results were, they didn't let e fans and themselves down.
they were entertaining, and it was e best costuming and make up effort by them so far!
visual kei rocks. music rocks. :)

mlb's rendition of xiao wei that night was a commenable effort, but jazz's not my cup of tea. haha.

back to school again! :D

it seems i've had a long break from school.
although it's not e best holiday i've experienced, with PA taking up most of e time, i somehow managed to return to school quite rejuvenated.
i was so excited abt returning to school, that i couldn't sleep well last night!
crazy larhs.

my new found enthusiasm could be due to e fact that i've quite a few frens entering uni this yr.
it's exciting to see them enter as freshies, settling into hall, getting used to life in ntu, and trying to find their way through e campus.
i observe them and i reminisce e good old days when i was a freshie.
looking back, time flies. i'm a final yr student now.
2 years just flew past in, what seems to me, an instant.

i was just a freshie myself, lost and green in campus.
lonely, bcos i didn't join any orientation camps in school.
e only person i knew in school was my roomie, who was in engineering.
nevertheless, i managed to pull through e depressing first few wks of school.
i went to school today thinking, i'd have so many friends if i were a freshie this yr.
oh wells, i'm just glad that i'll get to see them in school.

i wanna blog abt superband finals.
but i'm feeling sleepy.
i'll save that for another day then. hee.





oh no i went on a shopping spree again.
bank balance dwindled. :(

but on a happier note, i met up with my sec sch bestie, claudia!
shopping sure is a good way to catch up with each other!
i love these girly girly dates where we can shop leisurely, peep into every shop, try all e clothes we want, knowing that e other person will definitely wait and give constructive comments!
i'm going on a girly date again tmr! i love girlies! *hehe*

claudia just finished her practicum at nanyang primary.
told me some stories abt her teaching stint, her students etc.
i enjoyed listening to her stories. it kinda brought me back to e past when i was a student in uniform.
teaching is an honourable job.
i love my ex-teachers, who refused to give up on me and my classmates when we were at e stage of self discovery and were learning to rebel.
they didn't have to go through so much trouble for us.
i think they were at their wits end too. they scolded, sweet talked, shouted, hollered, tried using reverse psychology on us, but to no avail.
my class was a terror la. haa.
but we all turned out fine. :)

i would love to be a teacher, except for e part where we have to deal with parents.
i feel that it's becoming harder and harder to discipline students, with parents becoming increasingly protective.
in claud's case, she had to be extra careful, cos her students were all children of e who's who in society.
bankers, lawyers, surgeons and wat not. oh and ministers.
everyone has their own personal way of disciplining their child.
how much is too much to e parents?
it's silly to complain to e sch authorities that e teacher made your kid stand for e lesson cos he didn't do his homework.
i dunno. it's difficult, if u understand wat i mean.
i still believe in e saying: spare e rod and spoil e child.
that's why kids nowadays are so freaking spoilt silly.
parents pls pop by e market, or e mama store to buy some canes.
capital punishment, when used correctly has far-reaching effects.
go on, try it.

oh ya.. kids learn to make e canes disappear.
behind/in cupboards, under e beds, under e mattress, in between e old newspaper stack, down e rubbish chute, or directly out of e window.
personal experience when i was a kid. :) hehe.

i am so bored! bahhh!

supposed to meet jvs for a movie date, but his talk in sch is gonna go wayy past e movie timeslot we want. sigh.
i miss my deardear! :(
oh wells. we'll just have to see how to squeeze some time out for each other.

a show to make me feel all warm and fuzzy and stuff.
this show is just like e show abt e doggie, Quill.
oh yeah, and i like japanese lil boys! (no i'm not paedophilic.)

too bad i didn't watch e first one.
gonna have to catch it on dvd!
